EziOptx ships to all addresses within South Africa. We currently do not offer international shipping as a standard service. If you are based outside South Africa and would like to place an order, please contact us at ezioptx@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. We do not ship on weekends or South African public holidays. Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders over R395 qualify for free delivery anywhere in South Africa. For orders below R395, a flat shipping fee applies and will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is made.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp with your tracking details where available. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at ezioptx@gmail.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ezioptx@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will contact you promptly and either arrange an alternative or process a full refund.
