EziOptx does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. Due to the nature of our optical products (hygiene and safety), we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used or removed from their original packaging, unless they are faulty.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at ezioptx@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 082 828 2683 within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following information: your name and order details, a description of the defect, and photographs of the defective product where possible.
Upon receiving your defect report and, where required, the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a return is required due to a product defect, EziOptx will cover the cost of return shipping. In cases where a return is requested for reasons other than a product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges on original orders are non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect item (wrong strength or colour), please contact us immediately at ezioptx@gmail.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched at no additional cost to you.
Nothing in this Refunds Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa. If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact the National Consumer Commission or your relevant provincial consumer authority.
